💧 Safe Water, Dignified Lives for Displaced Families in Syria
🇸🇾 Idlib, Syria | Hazarin and Al-Tawhid Camps
Amid the challenging humanitarian conditions facing displaced families in Syria, Horizon Foundation for Development (HFD) continues its humanitarian efforts to provide essential services to vulnerable communities and improve access to safe drinking water.
As part of its humanitarian interventions, HFD distributed 260,000 litres of safe drinking water to displaced families in Hazarin and Al-Tawhid camps in Ma'arrat Misrin, Idlib Governorate. This intervention aims to help meet the essential water needs of displaced households and ease the daily challenges they face in accessing safe water.
💧 260,000 litres of safe drinking water represent more than just a number. They are a lifeline for families struggling to secure the most basic necessities of life, helping to protect public health and reduce the risks associated with limited access to safe water.
Horizon Foundation for Development reaffirms its commitment to continuing humanitarian action and responding to the urgent needs of the most vulnerable communities. Guided by the belief that access to safe water is a fundamental human right, HFD remains dedicated to protecting human dignity and improving living conditions for families affected by crises.
