Horizon Foundation for Development honored its staff at its main headquarters in the city of Aden yesterday, Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in a celebratory atmosphere that reflected the noble values of humanitarian work. The event aimed to motivate the employees, acknowledge their humanitarian and social role, and recognize their contributions to serving the community through the implementation of the Foundation's projects throughout the previous year, 2022.

During the event, Mr. Yahya Mohammed Kudish, the Executive Director of the Foundation, delivered a speech expressing his deep gratitude and high appreciation to all the staff members for their dedicated efforts during the past period. He urged them to continue their hard work and strive for excellence in the current year, in order to serve a society that is suffering from the effects of war and the deteriorating economic situation resulting from the ongoing crisis.

He emphasized that this modest recognition is a tribute to the Foundation's team and is part of efforts to improve job performance and provide a genuine incentive for increased productivity and excellence among the employees, who have been a wonderful example of vitality and activity throughout the past period.

It is important to note that throughout the course of the previous year, several vital projects in numerous humanitarian sectors across different governorates were put into action. These projects played an active role in alleviating the suffering of citizens, the poor, people with special needs, and all segments of society.
