Horizon Foundation for Development has launched the second phase of its winter aid projects for the 2022-2023 season, targeting approximately 5,970 individuals belonging to the most impoverished families and internally displaced persons in the governorates of Aden and Taiz. The assistance covers several districts within the governorates of Aden and Taiz.

These winter aid projects are part of a series of relief and development projects implemented by Horizon Foundation for Development, with funding from MC, SMT, MR, and the British organization Muntada Aid.
