Free medical camps are a window of hope for the poor to treat their pain.
Due to the repercussions of the conflict and its negatively devastating effects on health facilities, more than half of the health facilities have been closed. Reports indicate that more than 16 million people do not receive basic health care, of whom about 10 million are in dire need of urgent health care.
Horizon Development Foundation pays special attention to the health sector, providing primary, secondary and advanced health care services targeting the most vulnerable groups, especially the displaced, orphans and people with special needs.
The health sector seeks to expand the scope of emergency response and provide health care through many health activities, which are:
- Mobile medical clinics.
- Free medical camps.
- Distribution of incubators for children and premature babies
